Fetch TV billing despite world cup free offer




I got a fetch TV mini during the world cup last year when the coverage was a shambles and it was meant to be free for 12 months. It's been less than 12 months and the fetch box died and we got issued a new one (which took a ridiculous amount of time) and now they have started to charge for this even though it should be under the same 12 month offer. Can someone please advise or help?

I would strongly recommend you contact billing on 133 937 or via Live Chat to get them to review why it's stopped. It might be something entirely simple with the box change over as I suspect the change in Serial for the box has triggered a charge change.
