Its also brand new so would it really be necessary to do a soft reset?

Those codes you've used are correct according to Fetch. I've done some research and tried to see if theres any way around this, but i'm afraid I don't have any further suggestions from my end 😞

I'm having the same problem.
Those 4 codes don't work on my new 43" TCL TV.
These threads don't seem to get a very useful response from Fetch people do they?
Mostly chasing kudos etc.
TCL are a pretty common brand these days so why don't the codes work?
