Hi, just received STB and Software update is stalling, at first on 60%, but then about 10%, then 30%, changing every time I restart the device. It appears that this is a common problem. What should I do? Now a box with "6 movie credits" has appeared in top left corner!

This is the 2nd time I have tried to get optus TV. 2 or 3 years ago my me tv exploded and I gave up. this time it was part of a plan to reduce monthly bill from $110 to $90, but it just does not seem worth the hassle!

I didn't have any recordings as I've only had Fetch TV for a couple of weeks.

My STB did another software update last night and luckily it went through the process with no hiccups. Two software upgrades in 2 nights.

Same issue here. Started yesterday afternoon. The box downloads fine but installation never occurs.

 

Have performed soft and hard reboots without success. 

 

Can someone please save me a few hours of my life by posting any other tips here so I can bypass the interminable support call?

 

Please don't let me be without Netflix for two nights running! 😫😫😫
