The modem is in a different room.
Also this box was sent to us 2 weeks ago and has been working fine till tonight.
I have left the television on without touching it for 3.5 hours and it’s still frozen on the same page. Very frustrating to say the least.
We’ve been using fetch for a few years without all these issues.
Hopefully we can resolve it soon.
