Is there a better Fetch TV remote than the one supplied? Mine works about 60% of the time. The issue is with the navigation keys, and yes, I've changed the batteries. It's about 15 months old and been like that from new. I can't use the Android app as my phone has been rooted. I've got a Logitech Harmony 700 but there's no option for Fetch TV. The original remote is poorly made and there's no way I'm buying another one.

There is no need to buy a new fetch remote as you only lease the fetch box from Optus.
Contact Optus and tell them you have a faulty remote and they will replace it FOC.
