I ordered a replacement fetch TV box (broken) on the 19th December 2018 and returned it using the prepaid mailbag included before the 10th of January 2019.
Now I'm being charged LATE FEE of $227.27 for not returning it on time. Surely it was received in 9 days time from the day I posted it.
How do I dispute this unwarranted late fee?
The late fee is automatically recredited when the box gets to the ware house. So you just need to ask Optus to chase down the mailbag. Suggest you contact live chat and stay the process.
