Have a Fetch Mighty, all FTA channels originally worked. For last 6 months all of 9(s) channels don't work they either do not display at all, or the screen pixelates continously and can't be watched. Have retuned on numerous occasions with the same outcome it not fixing.
If plug aerial into TV directly 9(s) channels all work which makes me believe it is something to do with the Fetch box.
Any assistance welcomed.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately after reviewing what you have suggested and doing some testing I still can't seem to get channel 9's channels. All other FTA channels are working fine.
When aerial plugged through TV directly all FTA channels work fine.
What were the results when you checked your TV reception on the mySwitch website via the ACMA link?
It sounds like it falls under "We recommend you contact a TV or antenna specialist to check and optimise your setup."
MySwitch states we should have good coverage.
As i mentioned through the TV in the house we get all channels, as such I do not believe getting an aerial specialist is necessary. Hopefully are other options.
If you've done the advised troubleshooting, simply contact Optus to arrange a replacement Fetch box.
Hey @DJF45 - Did you get a chance to run through some of the troubleshooting listed in here?
Generally, this can be resolved after a couple of Channel Scans. Give this a go as well and let us know how it goes.
