It occurs at other times too, not just returning to live TV, but that was the easiest example to replicate and hence demonstrate the problem. It's a bit irritating, and hopefully easy to fix since it's just a case of checking the code changes that went into v2.23.

 

Presumably it's in the core firmware, hence your suggestion to contact Fetch rather than Optus. I have emailed the address in the top post. Hopefully they fix this quicker than the DLNA client issues that took about 5 months...

urprise surprise. after successfully downloading, unlike the previous firmware in february, there is still an issue and the waste of space fetchbox wants to keep trying to dl the firmware every time I turn it on, all of which now fail....Optus, you're use of fetch as a product basically reflects where you are as a company, not fit for purpose and continually failing.
