So has anyone else been given the run around trying to get a box fixed. I have two one works and one doesn't. 3 phone calls all ending in dead ends one going through to a number that just hangs up, of course no supervisor to talk with. Online support drops out when it got hard.
I think it's time to cancel my two phones and NBC through this mob of they don't care
