Fetch Mighty connection issue


We're trying to set up our new Optus Fetch Mighty box, it's  all good until it checks the service connection and that's where we get a cross. Everything else gets a tick! Help!!

Service connection is your internet. 


Is the box connected to your wifi / wired? 


Try look at the network settings on the fetch box. Is it auto/dhcp? or perhaps set manual IP setup to point to your modem.
