We bought two new Fetch Mighty units.
One DOES record series. When we set up series tags on the second one, it only records the first show of any series, and no more.Then subsequent episodes of the selected 'series' programs in the Guide show a star, but not a Record symbol, so we have to select everything manually. We did factory reset, we select Series Tags as per instructions, but it still won't work.
We got a new replacement Fetch from the retailer, but the replacement has same problem.
Any suggestions how to fix the recording problem?

Just to clarify, are these Fetch units you've received from us? Or purchased on your own? Is it something you've raised with our Faults team? If not, is this something you're getting on all programs? Or just some?
