Hi My Fetch box does not work for any of my downloaded movies and TV. Black screen and scrolling through titles. Have tried rebooting many times. It seems there are pthers with the same problems.

Is the download/recording you are trying to watch from last night? There was a Fetch outage yesterday evening and we believe that any attempted recordings (non Free to Air channels may be an exception) during this time didn't work. Apologies for any inconvenience here!
If you don't believe this was the issue, you may need to try some troubleshooting steps such as restarting the Fetch box, performing a soft reset (Manage/Settings/Device Info/Soft Reset), unplugging it for 5 minutes, etc. Please let us know how you go and if the issues persist and we'd be happy to help further investigate this one for you.
