I got my fetch box replaced twice and it still happens. I’ve learnt to live with it but it’s the most frustrating random this ever. I’m not sure if it’s because of my tv with fetch (unlikely) or another faulty box! But both the big and mini do it.

Has been working perfectly fine for around 3 years prior to last week.
All other devices connected work perfectly fine, sounds like it could a be firmware issue with the fetch box in my opinion.
Can optus tech implement a fix for this ?
I don't believe so as the updates come from Fetch.
Another option is to contact Fetch on: firstname.lastname@example.org
I have both a Kogan and a Bauhn. Both did work fine for the first year and now both have the issue. Replacing didn’t help (or it did for a while)
I never really got an answer besides replacing the box and had no one else with the same symptoms. I only found the fix online when delving deep into google.
Hoping now there is someone else we can try and resolve this.
