My Fetch box has error message saying it can't login. I have cancelled my mobile sim plan. How do I reactivate it for $20 pm as told by local.Optus Store. 1800 856 821 no I was given never answers or reaponds to messages.
None of the call centres will ring back "because you left a message", I've infact never heard of them accepting voicemails either.
If your Fetch service was attached to your mobile account, it's likely with that cancellation it's cancelled your Fetch service too. You need to call them on 133 937 and get them to activate the offer you discussed.
