Fetch Activation - Incorrect Code

Just switched to Optus NBN / iPphone / Fetch package. NBN & Netphone working fine.

I was sent my activation code for my Fetch Mighty Box but when I enter it all I get is "Incorrect Code".

I've tried, soft reset, hard reset, reset the modem all to no avail!

This seems to be a disturbingly common problem.

What is the quickest way to have this resolved?

Contact Optus on LIVECHAT (I'd suggest the Mobile App)

 

Note you can find the activation code in MYACCOUNT too and see if that is different?

 

Optus sometimes stuff up the Fetch/NBN transition so its also possible they'll need to send out a replacement box. Hopefully not.

Called in to the Optus store on Saturday. They said it was because my order was still being processed and services are yet to be activated. Can call out with the VOIP phone but not receive calls.

 

Still no joy with the Fetch activation code and my order is still not marked as complete. Poor show really when my servies were supposed to be activated on 21st August!
