Faulty Fetch remote

Good afternoon,

We have a faulty Fetch Remote and would like it replaced. How can this be arranged, we have had the Fetch system less than 12months and believe this is a warranty issue.

Simply contact Optus directly to request a replacement Fetch remote.

It's not a warranty issue. You don't own the unit. Optus lease fetch tv boxes and if the remote has failed (due to reasons other than you breaking it) they will replace it free of charge. Give them a call and arrange a replacement be sent out.
