My Fetch box has a faulty hard disk and will not start.
I have tried formatting the the disk but still receive harddisk failure error.
How do I get a replacement box??
I have 2 very young children that heavily rely on Fetch TV during these difficult times.
Thank you for the quick response. I will tray for the 50th time to call Optus support.
I also was under the impression that the box would work without the harddisk but the unit will not fire up.
