Extras charges on my bill of $119.00

I have just noticed an extra charge of $119.00 on the home phone/internet bill

It says for equipment upgrade, I have had no correspondence advising of this charge.

Gotta ask the obvious question, has there been an equipment upgrade? Fetch Box? New/replacement modem? Early upgrade of mobile phone?
