Just received my fetch tv at 1pm Friday 5th June 2020
Hooked it all up and thinking this is great get to use it on the long weekend.
Connect it to the internet and then nothing.
They say it will take 24 hours to activate.
Is this true or just a casual answer that optus support uses.
This is what optus said to me yesterday :
When did you have received fetch box?
Well I awoke this morning to no active service.
Before I saw your message @Aron_YC I was already on call trying to resolve this yet again
After a 45 min call I was told that this has been escalated and the reference no and that I will be contacted between 24-48 hrs.
So in total it's going to be 7 days since delivery until the fetch boxes activate 😞
