Discount for lost viewing time

Hi,I am writing to complain that an agreed time for sport transmissions to the cost of a 10dollar discount is not on my current bill,we have also had very disrupted services through your non (youadvised by text phone messages last week, and then sent a text to say that the no work had finished .This was very inconvenient to my household as there was disruptions to my Optus land line and fetch program.what are you doing for the Optus sport when there is no transmissions ,and I am being billed
