Deleting Recorded Programs in Fetch

Lately I am having issues in deleting recorded TV programs.  It does not delete on the first attempt.  It re appears and when deleted second time, it disappears.  Any idea what is causing this? 

 

I am also having blank screen when playing recorded programs. It happens only occassionally.

Have you done a soft reset (keeps recordings). Or a hard reset (deletes recordings)?

No I have not done any reset,. Kindly guide me on how to do soft reset.

You gotta make more use of Google :O)

 

That's a bit trickier though. Should be in the Optus app on your phone. But otherwise log into MY ACCOUNT above and it should be under some of the drop downs.

Did the soft reset ano change.  Still the same issue.
