Same here, spoken on 4 different occasions and waiting  since Oct 27th. But they charged 195 dollars for not returning my old fetch tv box. Optus Customer service seriously sucks. Very nice when you speak to them and promise everything is fixed and but you keep going through same process again and again. Does the Optus CEO ALLEN LEW know what  crap Optus service is? May be someone need to send him an email.
