Channels missing

Hey guys n girls,

Why is it that I'm paying for ultimate package but only the base package is showing??

It has been over a week after connecting.

Hi

I am presuming you are meaning the ultimate pack on fetch.

What you need to do is to subscribe to the packs using your fetch remote per this link:

https://www.optus.com.au/shop/support/answer/fetch-tuning-adding-tv-channels-packs?requestType=Norma...

It will indicate you a cost but as you are already being charged they will be no extra cost.

Heya @E38, What's being displayed in your My Account? There's no mention of Fetch or your current channel packs? 

 

Had you signed up to our Optus Ultra Entertainment Bundle (includes 1 Premium Channel Package)?

I was told the Ultra entertainment bundle included all channels available, is that not correct?

If you've signed up to the Ultra Entertainment bundle, you'll receive one premium channel pack (at no additional cost)


If you want access to all premium channels, you'd need to add the Ultimate Channel pack. 

 

"Our Ultimate Channel Pack features 45+ premium channels in one great value pack, with every channel from Vibe, Variety, Knowledge and Kids for an extra $20 per month."

Hi again @Dan_C,

That is what I asked for when signing up our bill was $106 for our first month. Seems a little steep for the service we are getting at the moment. Won't even allow us to rent movies?
