Hi, who do I contact, I just received an email saying my Fetch TV is on the way bur it says it has the wrong Channel Pack?

You don't need to contact anybody. When the Fetch box arrives you can change the channel pack through the Fetch menu. You can change to any channel whenever you want, but remember to cancel the the one channel pack before your subscribe to the next.
@Davelew is correct. Optus just provide a credit for one (generic) fetch pack on your bill. Its of no use if you have no packs but pick any one you want and the credit gets applied automatically.
