It was working perfectly up to a couple of days ago but now it crashes
after just a minute or two of streaming and the reboot freezes at about
the 50% mark and takes a good 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
I have done both a soft and a factory reset but the issue is still there.
The box has an ethernet connection to the modem and download speed
tested at 109.63
Thanks for providing us with detailed information on the issue and on the troubleshooting steps you have performed. We do usually suggest for our customers to attempt a soft reset and subsequently a hard reset on the Fetch box as part of our troubleshooting process.
