I'm on a postpaid plan and have confirmed with online chat twice that my account is setup for Optus Sport. I was also provided an order no for the activation. I even had someone call me and say that I need to reset my password and then my included premium subscription would start working. Have tried multiple times and I still don't have access to the full Optus Sport.
