We did receive communication from our content team who've identified a problem where Optus Sport App users cannot login to the App. Users are getting Incorrect Username or Password error message even though the password is correct, and they can log in via browser.
To get around the issue, simply uninstall/reinstall the Optus Sport app on your mobile/tablet. Let us know how you go.
