To whom it may concern.
I have successfully (after spending hours on the website and making multiple phone calls) cancelled my subscription.
My account is in credit with a refund not being applied at the time the service was cancelled (I have given up trying to understand why Optus does what it does).
I have spent hours going around in circles on the Optus and Optus Sport websites and when trying to call a message advises to access the Optus Sport website to fix my problem.
Can someone from Optus please advise how I get my credit refunded and close my account. It will not be reopened.
