I'm using ASUS Zenfone. I can hear the audio but can't see the video.

I just have a couple of questions for you @NedMoyer,
1) Are you using the latest version of the Optus Sport app for Android? I'd double check to see whether there's any outstanding updates.
2) Same for your Android OS, make sure you're using the latest version available.
I know it's an obvious one, but have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling? Otherwise, I'd suggest logging a case via the app itself.

yes I have just downloaded the app.
It works on my phone but shows no video.
When I logged a help desk call I was advised to hard reset the phone.
I am reluctant to do this.
The Asus zenfone 2 is running Android 5.0.
