Broken Fetch Remote; Optus Unresponsive

To anyone who can help,

My Gen 2 Fetch remote is broken; the up/down buttons are unresponsive rendering the remotes and Fetch set-top box all but usless. I've contacted Optus regarding a replacement two weeks ago, during the two hour phone call, where I was bouned between more opperaters than a pingpong ball being hit by an appropriate simile, I was assured One was on it's way. I have yet to recieve it or confirmation that it has actually been sent. 

Please advise

Download the Fetch Remote app in the mean time.

Hi Peter

Thanks for that but my phone does not have InfaRed, should have kept my old Nokia.

Plus we are in the country so it makes it hard to get a add on infared.
