To anyone who can help,
My Gen 2 Fetch remote is broken; the up/down buttons are unresponsive rendering the remotes and Fetch set-top box all but usless. I've contacted Optus regarding a replacement two weeks ago, during the two hour phone call, where I was bouned between more opperaters than a pingpong ball being hit by an appropriate simile, I was assured One was on it's way. I have yet to recieve it or confirmation that it has actually been sent.
