How do you activate it. Screen says not activated and thats it.

I have activation code but can not get to the menu to put it in

 

Been asking help for days

same problem, my service in a new one, so that answer doesn't fly.

So what's the problem and what's the answer and solution?

Sam problem - new fetch g3 replacing old g2 as part of change from cable to NBN.

New fetch says waiting for Optus to activate, Optus have said on support chats that backend jobs didnt run as scheduled and it would take 4 to 12 hours.  That was 2 days ago.

Old fetch still works so no loss of service.

Was sorted out by a fetch case manager today.
