I just got a bill after switching to the NBN which now includes a Fetch Entertainment pack and Fetch Mighty. My last bill didn't have these charges and I don't recall being asked if I wanted these extras.

Some of the new plans come with it included for free, some do not. Without seeing your contract or knowing your expectations it's hard to say. So I'd definitely give them a buzz to figure it out. If you were shipped a Fetch box but don't want it, and weren't supposed to be charged for it, then they can trigger a return process to fix it all up.
