Despite switching off my fetchbox mighty which supposedly installed the Litchfield 2.26 software update I am still unable to locate the Amazon Prime Video App in the App Feature All apps or work out how to install the app to either of my two Mighty fetchboxes even though they are both activated and supposedly linked in Multi room.
Just to confirm, did you have the chance to check if the current software version on both your Fetch Mighty boxes as Litchfield 2.26? If you haven't done so yet, you can check this by accessing Menu > Manage > Settings > Device Info.
If, for some reason, the update hadn't occurred, we would recommend restarting the Fetch boxes again via the settings or power cycling the set top box for the update to occur.
