I am trying to type in the activation code to set up my Fetch TV box but it is saying that the code is incorrect. I have tried typing this in multiple times so I know I didn't make a mistake and it keeps saying it is incorrect.
Can anyone help me???
Have you checked the activation code you are using is correct by logging into My Account to view the code?
If it is correct then you will need to contact Optus support.
