Switched over to Optus yesterday morning discovered I need an Activation Code to set up Fetch box.
Contacted Optus to be told it would take 24 gours for the WOs to be processed and service switched over.
Here we are 31 hours later and still no Fetch TV
Is this normal?
Do I need s to chase again?
Hey Wessy there are many helpful tools available via the Optus account portal (when its working) so I would recommend setting it up. The choice is yours if you want to chase them up as there is no harm in asking.
