Account setup and fetch box activated

I have recently (2weeks) moved across to Optus as service provider and subscriber to Fetch TV.
I now have the internet access however not able to get Fetch TV operating. Also see my account has not been setup correctly hence why the Fetch BOX is not activated.
At the risk of throwing Optus out and spending another 4 hours trying to get assistance btw Sales/Support.
This is my last resort to get the Fetch TV activated and account can wait
