9Now Error

Hi, 

In ‘ Catch Up’ my 9Now Now channel doesn’t work. When trying to click on a show to play I get this Error Message saying :

 

“A problem occurred. Code: GETSTREAMSOURCEDATA_PARSE

ACCESS DENIED. Message. Access to this resource is forbidden by access policy. 

 

Can an someone please help me???

Is this on your Fetch box or some other device?

 

Do you use a VPN at all in your home? If your device thinks you're in another country (because of a VPN) it will likely cause issues with streaming content due to distribution rights.

Yes i have a fetch box, and no I don’t use a VPN.

I'm having the same issue when trying to watch 9now catch up on my fetch box, so it's not an isolated case. I've tried logging out of my 9now account and logging back in again, and I also don't use a VPN, but I'm getting the same error message.

Yes same here, I have logged in and out a million time and even tried resetting the box and it still doesn’t work. Even spoke to an Optus team member and they had no idea how to fix it.

I've just tried with my own now and had no issue at all.

Please try a soft reset.

If that doesn't fix it, please specify which show(s) and I will try these with my own.

As I said above, I have already tried a soft reset and hard reset and it still doesn’t work. I’ve have tried every show available on 9now and none of them work

What is one of the shows? I've tried several and they're all working on my box.

I wonder if there is difference in our devices? Mini? Mighty? Have the latest software?
