I have two fixed phone number ending with 8116 and 8117
The 8116 is main number we are advertising to the customer and 8117 was a backup number.
I remember, it used to divert incoming phone call to 8117 when 8116 is busy.But now, it does not divert phone call.
How can I fix this problem?

Not sure if the same options are in fixed lines but under MYACCOUNT select your number and MANAGE and you can set a diversion when busy.
