Once you’ve downloaded Optus Loop Live you can open the application and log in.

You’ll be required to enter your mobile number and then a unique access PIN / activation code, which will be sent to you via text.

If you need the PIN resent, this can be requested on the log in screen. If you’re having trouble receiving the PIN go to Troubleshoot Loop Live issues for more information.

After logging in you can keep the app running in the background, which means you should only need to log in at the start of each working day.
