Optus have been telling me that they can reactivate my old landline number for over a month now, I have called and spoken to customer service three times and have been told each time it will be activated and still not done, I have spent around three hours on phone calls waiting for a reply, terrible bad bad service.

If you have spoken to a team leader or asked them to raise a complaint with no action then please visit and log a formal complaint for it to be properly investigated and resolved.
