Hi last week i ordered sim plan online with transfer the number from other service provider. Waiting for the sim to arrive and after three business days received the massage of its being dispatched today. not sure when i am going to get it. I have recently bought pre paid sim from the shop and never used it. Just thinking of can i activate this sim using my plan order number whith the transfer of exsisting number? please advice.

Unfortunately you won't be able to use a pre-paid SIM, but hopefully your SIM card isn't far off.
Have you used the tracking site at www.optus.com.au/track?

Hey Pandu - if you ordered a postpaid sim plan online, you won't be able to transfer the number to a prepaid sim as mentioned by MIccas. Generally, once a device/sim has been dispatched from our warehouse it will take 24-48 hours to deliver to your address.
