Hey @clampo, what device were you seeing that error on? Were you trying to watch a game On Demand? Has this since resolved it's self?
Hi team im getting the exact same issue as this post. have tried everyting under the sun force restrart, closed all apps, delete and reinstall , clear cache and data. but every time i try to open a video i get the play back error screen......
Guys I know this is an old subject but I need help with this.
I’m using an iPhone X. I’ve also tried my iPad as well. My stream works perfectly well. I am connect to Wifi. I’ve tried all the above mentioned suggestions.
I try and plug it into my tv via a specialised Mirascreen devise. The minute I connect it, the stream disappears!
why is this?
Hey @Barbalatte, I'm not personally familiar with Miracast but is there another means you may be able to test casting to your TV? Also, I know this is a tedious question but is the handset on the same network as your TV? I'd also recommend logging a case with our TV tech team via the app directly (Help & Support > Log A Case) so they can be across this and investigate further.
