playback connection error, continuously even after taking troubleshooting steps.

Hey @bmmoderated, sorry to hear about your Optus Sport connection issue. Can you confirm where are you watching the match? I mean on a computer, mobile, tablet, iPad etc?

Can you please confirm how you're accessing Optus Sport? Via the App, website, or Fetch box etc.?

Appreciate you clarifying here, @kutumutu.

Given the circumstances and continued difficulties, I'd advise logging a case via the 'Help & Support' prompt so that we can investigate further. You'll just need to log-in via a desktop/PC.
