Is this happening on both Mobile Data and WiFi? Have you been able to uninstall/reinstall the Optus Sport App to see if there's any improvement?

Hi @z_hook , this is through wifi and I can confirm this only affects optus sports as I have other streaming services without any issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no difference
Hi @Beanstan, has any Optus Sport → troubleshooting helped? How about uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Is it only the Optus Sport app affected on your phone? If the issue still continues then please raise an in app support case by navigating into More.. (bottom right hand corner) > Customer Support > Raise an issue.
