Sme problem here, just want to pay a bill, set up a direct debit but MY ACCOUNT now comes up INVALID and cannot talk to anyone to help. My CHAT just ask me to hang up so they can chat to someone else and say they cant help. I want to throttle someone.

Same here, going insane as Optus continues to handball my issue around threads. 

Absoultly no accountability from them in assisting current customers.

Try calling their sales team, I bet you will get someone instantly. Happened for me, but guess what they handballed me right back to the support boards.
