For the past couple of weeks when trying to log in to sport.optus.com.au from a particular location it will not log in and gives the error "Server error encountered"
This is an office internet connection and it will not log in on any PC on that connection. It logs in fine when on any other connection.
The office is a static IP and that same error occurs when you are geoblocked but i have confirmed the WAN IP still reports as being in Australia.
It started happening 2-3 weeks ago. How can this be looked in to further?

Hmm yeah possibly, you can log a case via the Optus Sport app on your phone if applicable.
