Token expired

Whenever I try logging into the MyOptus app, I get an error code saying ‘token expired’. I don’t have Optus Sport and it’s not a new service, so what’s going on?

Try clearing the data, uninstalling and then reinstalling (there is a new version of the app out recently that might be the cause)

Hi @Bodinc, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the Optus app it does not work then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team either via the → messaging service or by calling them on 131344 - Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat: 9am - 5pm AEST to assist you further.
