Hi, I'd like some help removing devices from my optus sport account. I have already tried removing one this month and it won't let me do another. Can someone please help me?
Hey @denright, usually you can only remove 1 device from your Optus Sport account every 30 days but we recognise that a number of people have been upgrading their devices over the last few days. Please log this as a fault with our TV & Content team and they can assist with removing an additional device.
Hi, I got in touch with this team and they weren't very helpful to be honest. They told me they have a problem with their systems and wouldn't be able to do it but it sounded like they didn't really have an issue and just weren't willing to help me. Is there a way that someone can get in touch with me to resolve this? I don't want to be without my EPL for a whole month!!
