Testing devices hit the 4 limit cannot remove devices

Optus,

While your customers are installing the app on devices and its not supported, you should remove the limit of 4 devices. I have tried to install on android devices and I get not supported so I have remove this device and still cannot add another.

Re: Testing devices hit the 4 limit cannot remove devices

Hi samlfcynwa. Thanks for your feedback. Can you advise what unsupported devices you're trying to add? A list of supported devices can be found here → https://goo.gl/PYEoct.  Scott

Re: Testing devices hit the 4 limit cannot remove devices

I had the optus app on a himedia q10 android box. I have installed this however I cant install another device in its place. While people are testing devices you should have a grace period until its supported across multiple devices!

Is that the only device you've tried Sam?

Re: Testing devices hit the 4 limit cannot remove devices

Hi scott I have tried my mac, ipad, android tablet, my samsung phone and my android box. Works on all except for the android box to which I have now removed.

We should be allowed to install and remove for testing while the app is being upgraded for so many devices.

Re: Testing devices hit the 4 limit cannot remove devices

You are not allowed to delete a device at this time.

You can watch the premier league on a maximum of four linked devices per account. You can make one change to your linked device every 30 days.

This too me is total rubbish.

You let me install on a device and if its not supported I cannot remove it for 30 days.

Cmon will you test this app and add new devices, you should not restrict us who will be testing what devices it works on and not.

Get your act together

That's something I'm happy to pass back to the TV and Content team. So you have 3 devices still able to be used at this stage?

Apologies Sam - we're not able to do this; though the feedback has been passed on so we'll look at implementing a fix as soon as possible.
